We are excited that U&R has grown. Recently I hired Dave Voorhies, PE, to serve as an additional Principal Engineer and to provide business development services. In anticipation, I added more staff and office space to better serve all of our clients. U&R also gained international recognition for its marketing efforts.
Mr. Voorhies brings more than 30 years of civil engineering experience in all aspects of the profession. Capable of taking on challenging infill projects, he specializes in planned communities along with high-density and single-family housing developments.
Among many new clients Mr. Voorhies brought to U&R, Rivermark is Silicon Valley’s most prominent planned walkable community. It features new housing, a school, a park, a library, restaurants and stores.
We are also proud that Friedland Marketing & Communications was one of MarCom Creative Awards’ Gold Medal Finalists for U&R’s marketing communications. This international competition recognizes outstanding achievement by marketing and communications practitioners.
