A Day of Reflection, Teamwork, & Fun at Mission Peaks Sports Plex
Every October, the Underwood & Rosenblum team comes together to celebrate another year of hard work, achievements, and teamwork. This year’s Fiscal Year End Get Together was held at the lively Mission Peaks Sports Plex in Fremont, CA. The event was a great place to look back on what we’ve accomplished and think about what’s ahead.
Our President, Frank Rosenblum, opened the event by talking about the important milestones in U&R’s history and the challenges we’ve overcome as a team. He welcomed our newest employees and recognized those celebrating major anniversaries with the company. One exciting moment came when Frank announced that 2025 was U&R’s highest-gross earnings year ever—a clear sign of everyone’s dedication. He added that the firm is in a strong position to reach even greater success in 2026.
After the business portion, it was time to relax and have fun. The afternoon included a tasty lunch followed by a hilarious improv session led by a professional acting instructor. Teams created imaginary objects, practiced miming, and took part in playful activities that sparked a lot of laughter. Beyond being fun, these exercises helped us build stronger teamwork, improve communication, and learn more about each other. As Business Operations Assistant Shareen Murray said, “It was so great to get to know the personal side of the people that I work with every day.”
We ended the day with a few competitive rounds of bocce ball, wrapping up a memorable event filled with connection and renewed team spirit. Everyone left feeling closer and more motivated for the year ahead. Here’s to continuing our success and looking forward to an amazing 2026!
