Mr. Voorhies brings more than 30 years of civil engineering experience. He has worked on many prominent planned communities, residential, public and commercial developments. His responsibilities include project planning, conceptual design, hydraulic studies, surveying and mapping, environmental and design studies, grading and improvement design, plans and specification preparation, and construction management. Specializing in difficult, high-density infill projects requiring creative solutions, he has provided engineering for apartment buildings, condominiums, townhouses, single-family and senior housing.
