Underwood & Rosenblum, Inc., leads Northern California in providing creative solutions for school facilities and other mid-sized projects. It serves as the primary civil engineering and land surveying consultant for many developers, architects and school districts.

U&R's expertise ranges from private land development to public improvement efforts. For decades we have been providing civil engineering and surveying work for all types of mid-sized projects. Capable of taking on challenging infill projects, U&R also has special expertise in planned communities, high-density and single-family housing developments.

 

Hailed as a leader in the area of school facility design and rehabilitation, U&R brings proven experience in over 50 school districts with thousands of school projects. Committed to public service, each year we also take on at least one pro bono project.

In 1978 Mr. Clifford Underwood founded the firm. Mr. Frank Rosenblum joined in 1984, becoming the company's president upon Mr. Underwood's retirement in 1992.

Additional key personnel include design engineers, computer drafters, field survey crews and clerical staff.
